Section 73(3) in Telangana Shops and Establishments Act, 1988
(3)Nothing in sections 7, 9 and 12 or in section 15, shall apply to,-(a)person whose work is of an intermittent nature such as caretaken, sweeper, travelling staff;(b)persons employed for loading and un-loading of goods at godowns.
