Section 31(2) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(2)Supervisor/Wiremen Permit shall be granted/renewed to the candidate on producing the certificate obtained from any appropriate institute of the Government/Institute recognized I by the Government for having undergone in the prescribed training in "Power Medicine" and "First Aid" or a similar course".
