Section 25(1) in U.P. Technical University Act, 2000
(1)The State Government shall have the right to cause an inspection to be made by such person as it may direct, of any collage including its building, laboratories and equipments thereof and also of the examinations, teaching and other work conducted or done by it, or cause a inquiry to be made in respect of any matter connected with the administration and finances of such college.
