Section 93(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)All the institutions for juveniles and children shall be open to visitors with the permission of the Officer Incharge or the Board or the Committee, as the case may be. The Board or the Committee or Officer Incharge as the case may be, may consider appropriate to allow representatives of local self-government, voluntary organizations, social workers, researchers, medicos, academicians, prominent personalities, media and any other persons as visitors, as considered appropriate keeping in view the security, welfare and the best interest of the children.
