Section 15(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)All evidence shall be taken in presence of all the arbitrators and all the parties or their authorized representative, except where any of the party is absent or waives his right to be present or the parties and arbitrator agree otherwise.
