- There shall be paid by every dealer who sells [goods] [Inserted by the Sikkim Sales Tax (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 1986 with effect from 12/5/1986.] manufactured, imported, produced or purchased by him in the State, a tax on sales made on and from the date of commencement of this Act.
