Section 3(2) in Tamil Nadu Fishermen and Labourers Engaged in Fishing and Other Allied Activities (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2007
(2)The relief or assistance as the case may be, to its registered-members in respect of all or any of the following matters, that is to say-(a)Accident relief for death and injury;(b)Missing fisherman while fishing;(c)Death while fishing or immediately thereafter not due to accident;(d)Natural Death;(e)Funeral expenses;(f)Education of children;(g)Marriage;(h)Delivery or miscarriage or termination of pregnancy;(i)Old age Pension;shall be as specified in the Schedule.
