COMMON ORDER:-
Since these Criminal Petitions are filed, under section 482 of BNSS, seeking to grant anticipatory bail, by the petitioners herein in same crime viz. Crime No.210 of 2024 of Tadipathri Town Police Station, Ananthapuram DI'StriCt, registered for the OffenCeS Punishable under Sections 147,148, 506,188, 324, 427 and 307 read with 149 lPC, they are being taken up together for disposal by way of this Common Order.
2. Case of the prosecution; in brief, is that on 14.05a2024, at about 3:30 p.m., at Surya Muni House, Ragithota Palem, Tadipatri town, all the accused criminally assembled unlawfully, armed with deadly weapons, and began hurling stones and sticks. During the incident, the defacto complainant sustained bleeding injury on his left eye. Due to political rivalry with the YSRCP leaders, the defacto complainant feared for his safety and, as a result, did not report the matter to the police station directly. Instead, he sent a report through registered post.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners ancl the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representI'ng the respondenVState. perused the record.

A perusal of the material on recor,d goes to show that the incident jn question is saI'd tO have OCCurred on 14.05.2024 and the petitioners hereI-n belonged to two leading poII'tiCai Parties- one, the then ruling. party, the other, the then opposition party. The I-n'Cjdent in question said to have taken place in connection with Assembly and parliament EIections held on 14.05.2024. In the present crime, t~he investigation officer has recorded the statements of material witnesses. As seen from the record, the crime was registered on o9.10.2-024 and some of the victims have sent their' grl'evances through registere-d post to the s.H.O. who registered three separate crimes. It appears that based on the same l'ncide~nt different` crimes have been regI'Stered. However, learned Assis{an{ public prosecutor submits that the vjct[-ms are totally different. ln the said facts of the case, the incident jn question took place long back and therefore, thI'S Court fl'nds 'that bast part of investigation is over and any custodial interrogation does hot Seem necessary.
5, Learned counsel for the petI'{jOnerS Submits that the petitioners had permanent abode and there js no possl-bil,-ty of their fleeing away from the justice and Lmost of the petitioners are the breadwinners of their families.

6. lt is evident from the record that this Court has already granted ``.
'Ji= interim protection to the petitioners, directing the State not to take any hzz= coercive steps against them, and the said order has been in force un'til i=L= EZi.E ES.
today. lt is not the case of the prosecution that the petitioners have violated any of the conditions imposed by the Court
7. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that most of the investigation might have been completed by this time and granting of anticipatory bail {o the petitioners may not adversely affect the prosecutionJs case and hence, this ,Court is inclined to grant anticiPatory bail to the petitioners herein, however, on conditions.

Accordingly, in the event of their arrest in the above said crime, the petitioners herein shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the ;atisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioners shall make themselves available for Investigation Officer as and when required and that `they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. .
9. I Accordingly, the Criminal Petition Nos.7251, 7445, 7455 and . 7456 of 2024 are allowed.
