Section 19A(2A) in West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955
(2A)[ Any person who fails to give a receipt in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 16 for the share of the produce accepted by him shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend 3 one thousand rupees or with both.] [Inserted by the West Bengal Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1977 (XXXIV of 1977).]
