Section 8(1) in Executive Instructions Issued by the Board of Revenue, Orissa under the Orissa Fertilisers Loans Rules, 1965
(1)A miscellaneous revenue case record should be started for each application. The case record shall bear the same serial number and they year as entered in the Register of Applications for loans. All records relating to sanction or rejection of the loan shall be preserved in this case record.
