(5)on each sides of the every cask removed from the store-room for deposit in the matured spirit warehouse, shall be legibly painted with oil colour, the progressive number of the cask, beginning with number one on the first of January of each year, and the calendar year in which the deposit is made, and the full capacity in liters.
