Section 54 in Rajasthan Registration Rules, 1955 Volume II
54. Disbursement of Salary Bills.
- The bill when counter-signed, will be presented or forwarded to the officer-in-charge of the Treasury of the Revenue District concerned for payment in cash. The amount when disbursed, must be properly recorded in acquittance rolls which shall be kept up in each office-receipts being taken for each payment and receipt stamps affixed when the amount paid exceeds Rs. 20/-.
