(2)As soon as may be after the appointed day, the Legislative Assembly of Jharkhand shall choose two members of that Assembly to be respectively Speaker and Deputy Speaker thereof and until they are so chosen, the duties of the office of Speaker shall he performed by such member of the Assembly as the Governor may appoint for the purpose.
