                      Prayer:     Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of            the Constitution of
                      India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents
                      to place the proposal recommended by the Hon'ble Education Minister
                      dated 13.06.2017, in the Governing Body by circulation and issue
                      orders to re-designate the post of Lab Assistant (Mechanical) as
                      workshop     Instructor   and     to-restructure        the   post    of   Workshop
                      Inspector/lab Assistants as foreman/Workshop Superintendent made
                      as per AICTE norms and to consider the eligible petitioners for
                      appointment against the re-structured posts of Foreman.

                                                        ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and in this regard he has also made an endorsement, which reads as follows:-
