Section 1 in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Green Energy Through Renewable Purchase Obligation) Regulations, 2010
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Green Energy through Renewable Purchase Obligation) Regulations, 2010;(2)These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)These regulations shall apply throughout the State of Uttar Pradesh.
