Section 42(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1981
(1)Latrines shall be provided in every establishments on the following scale, namely :-(a)Where females are employed, there shall be at least one latrine for every 25 females;(b)Where males are employed, there shall be at least one latrine for every 25 males ;Provided that where the number of males or females exceeds 190, it shall be sufficient if there is one latrine for 25 males or females, as the case may be, up to the first 100, and one for every 30 thereafter.
