(xvii)[ to co-operate or collaborate with any other university, institution authority or organisation for research and advisory services and for that purpose to enter into appropriate arrangements with other universities, institutions, authorities or organisations to conduct certain courses; [Clauses (xvii) to (xix) added by Maharashtra 14 of 2003, Section 3(b), (w.e.f. 3-3-2003).]
