Section 20(xi) in First Statutes of the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, 2018
(xi)a member of the staff appointed at the Institute may be placed under suspension and/or disciplinary proceedings may be started against him/her as per the procedure prescribed in the Rules framed under section 32(k) of the Act.
