Section 511B(2)(a) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

(a)all lands and buildings (together with all interests of whatsoever nature and kind therein) vested in [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] immediately before such commencement and used for the purposes of "transferred functions" shall pass to and vest in the new authority concerned;
