74. Departmental budget.
- Divisional Inspectors of Schools, District Educational Officers, Inspectresses and other estimating officers of the Department shall submit to the Director, each year, the following returns relating to their offices and of officers and institutions, under their direct management in the prescribed form on the due dates mentioned below and in accordance with the instructions contained in Appendix No. IX.Due Dates for Budget and other Returns| Sl.
