                          Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a
                writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order of the 1 st respondent in
                No.A/13/1/1/PIPMATE/2013/A1/26, dated 10.01.2023 and quash the same.

                                                        ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 10.01.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 4th respondent has already been transferred. The proceedings dated 21.06.2024 was also placed before this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder :

“The service of Dr.N.Sozhan, HoD, Mechanical Engineering Department, Karaikal Polytechnic College (presently service placed at Motilal Nehru Government Polytechnic College, Puducherry) are 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.1499 of 2023 placed at the disposal of the State Project Director, RUSA on full time basis with immediate effect, to coordinate works related to promotion of Internship/Skill Development/Apprenticeship Environment in Higher Education Sector in the U.T. of Puducherry, which is one of the key highlights of NEP, 2020.”

3. Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
