Section 7(1) in The Himachal Pradesh, Registration of Money-Lenders' Act, 1976
(1)The Collector may, either of his own motion or on the application of any person interested, take proceedings for the cancellation of a money-lender's licence:Provided that no such licence shall be cancelled unless the holder thereof has been given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against the proposed action.
