Section 32(1) in The Jharkhand Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2017
(1)if any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government, by notification in the official Gazette, make such orders, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to appear to it necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
