Section 18(1)(iii) in Rajmata Vajaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vlshwavidyalaya Adhniyam, 2009

(iii)is incapable of managing the affairs of the University, the Chancellor may, notwithstanding the fact that the term of office of the Vice-Chancellor has not expired, by an order in writing stating the reasons therein, requires the Vice-Chancellor to relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order.
