Section 21(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Auto-Rickshaw And Taxi Drivers Social Security And Welfare Scheme, 2006

(a)
(i)if the daughter of the applicant is studying in 10th Standard or its equivalent, a sum of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only);
(ii)if the son or daughter of the applicant had passed the 10th Standard examination or its equivalent, a sum of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only);
