2. Application is disposed of.
BAIL APPLN. 1030/20211. By this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. VIII/28/DZU/2018 under Sections 22/23/29 of the NDPS Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no contraband was recovered from the petitioner. The main accused who was purportedly the supplier and manufacturer of the drug namely Tramadol Hydrochloride has already been granted bail by the learned Trial Court on 31 st May, 2019.
3. Notice. Mr.Subhash Bansal, learned SPP for the respondent accepts notice.
4. Status report be filed. Status report, beside reply on merits, will also indicate stage of trial and as to why there is a delay in conclusion of the trial.
