Section 3(3) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005
(3)All male Head Masters Grade II working in Girls Schools/Institutions shall be transferred. If such male Head Master is above 50 years of age and no female incumbent is available and if the Head Master has not completed 8 years of service in that School/Institution he can be continued in that School/ Institution.Provided that if the Head Master Grade II/Mandal Educational Officer/Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training is retiring within 2 years, he shall not be transferred without his request.
