1. This is an application seeking to place on record additional documents, inter alia, the record of the Registrar of Companies.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that a set of documents has already been filed by the Respondent in digital form on the record of the learned Single Judge. However, since he did not have a copy of the same, appellant has filed the application by way of abundant caution to place the same on record.

4. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the Respondent.
5. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, under instructions, without prejudice to their defence submits that they have no objection to the documents being taken on record.
6. In view thereof, application is allowed. Documents are taken on record.
7. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent further submits that documents filed in digital form before the learned Single Judge shall also be filed in these proceedings.
8. Let the needful be done within two weeks with advance copy to learned counsel for the appellant.
