(2)It shall be the duty of the person on whose application the order was made, within thirty days after the making of the order, to file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar in Form No. 11 who shall register the same.Explanation.- In computing the period of thirty days from the date of the order, the requisite time for obtaining a certified copy of the order shall be excluded.
