Section 93(17) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984
(17)Where the costs of charges incurred in connection with attachment and sale of immovable property or the attachment and sale without attachment of immovable property under this rule, exceeds the amount of the cost deposited by the applicant, such excess shall be deducted from the sale proceeds of the property sold or the moneys paid by the defaulter, as the case may be and the balance shall be made available to the applicant.
