Section 35 in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
35. University to follow rules, regulations, norms, etc. of regulating bodies.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall be bound to comply all the rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies of Government of India and provide all such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
