Accordingly, the respective petitioners/ applicants are granted four weeks' time to submit a duplicate set of the case papers, like memo of C.R.A./ Petitions, impugned order etc so that the office can reconstruct the papers. 2] Notice is to be published on website requiring learned Counsel for the respective applicant/ petitioners to furnish duplicate set of case papers so as to enable the Registry to reconstruct the case papers.

3] Place all these matters on 14 th January 2019. By then, if no steps are taken, then, this Court will consider whether these matters are to be dismissed for non prosecution.
