Section 18(3) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953
(3)No Court inferior to that of a [Judicial Magistrate] [Substituted for the word 'Magistrate' by Punjab Act 25 of 1964.] of the first class shall try any offence under this Act.
