Section 33B(1) in Govind Guru Tribal University at Banswara Act, 2012
(1)The conferment of autonomous status may be withdrawn by the University if the collage, institution or department has filed to observe any of the conditions of this conferment or the efficiency thereof has so deteriorated that in the interest of education it is necessary to do so.
