Section 12(4)(c) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Spirits) Rules, 2006

(c)Where the Commissioner satisfied that the applicant for expansion of production capacity of an existing distillery has fulfilled conditions specified in sub-rules (1) to (3) above, he may endorse the sanction of expansion on the existence licence.
