Section 128 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
128. Holding of the first meeting of the board of a Housing Co-operative Society.
After registration of a housing Co-operative society the Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice-Chairman shall, within three months from the date of such registration, convene the first meeting of the board for the purpose of election of office bearers other than the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the Treasurer and for such other purposes as the Chief Promoter, may, with the approval of the Chairman determined.
