6. Documents and particulars for application.
(1)An application for recognition as a stock exchange or a clearing corporation, as the case may be, shall be accompanied by copies of memorandum of association, articles of association, bye-laws and other documents as provided in sections 3 and 4 of the Act, rule 5 of the rules and these regulations.(2)In addition to the documents specified in sub-regulation (1), the application for recognition as a clearing corporation shall be accompanied by the agreement(s) entered into by the applicant with the recognised stock exchange(s) and depositories.
