21. [ Operation of fund of the State Board. [Substituted by Notification dated 8-3-1995, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part 4-C.]
- The fund of the Board shall be operated by the Member Secretary of the Board or by any other officer of the Board who may be so empowered, subject to such conditions as may be laid down, by the State Board.]
