Section 96 in Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995

96. Persons employed under this Act to be public servants for certain purposes.

- All members, officers and other servants of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
