Section 4(1) in Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005
(1)The Chairman or Vice Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may by assigned to them by this Act or the regulations made thereunder.
