Section 5(2) in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1976
(2)for sub-section (2), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely:-"(2) A district panchayat shall have a President and a Vice-President elected by its ex-officio and elected members from amongst its elected members.
