Section 16A(1) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)In respect of every inam land in the transferred territory, survey shall be made and ryotwari settlement shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of the [Tamil Nadu] (Transferred Territory) Ryotwari Settlement Act, 1964 [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969, as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Act 33 of 1964).
