Section 1 in Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur Act, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 23th May, 2011.
