Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission Act, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission Act, 2000.(2)It extends to whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)[ It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint.] [Enforced w.e.f. 05, 2002 vide SRO-104 dated 27-03-2006.]
