(10)Security. - Due protective measures shall be under taken by the Hospital to ensure safety of the patients, their properties and to prevent child lifting etc., Every Clinical establishment must exhibit relevant provisions of the Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 48 of 2008) in conspicuous places.
