Section 279(3) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(3)The exercise of any power delegated under subsection (1) or sub-section (2) shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed or as may be specified in the notification and also to control and revision by the delegating authority or where such authority is the Government, by such persons as may be empowered by the Government in this behalf. The Government shall also have power to control and revise the acts or proceedings of any person so empowered.
