I.A.No. D. 106300/2021 and I.A.No. 127283/2021 Signature Not Verified These applications are filed for modification of the order Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2023.01.16 18:10:45 IST Reason: dated 13.08.2021, by which this Court dismissed the applications for substitution of the deceased Respondent Nos. 8 to 10 with their 2 legal representatives.

As recorded in the order dated 13.08.2021, it was the respondents who came up with the applications for substitution, though the primary obligation was that of the petitioners in these Special Leave Petitions, who are the applicants herein. The applications for substitution were opposed, resulting in this Court dismissing those applications.

The present applications for modification are virtually applications for review of the order. A review cannot be sought under the guise of modification. Therefore, the applications are dismissed.
