Section 141 in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
141. Power of entry and inspection.
- Any officer of the Transport Department in uniform or any other person authorised in this behalf by the State Government, may enter upon the premises at all reasonable times for inspection of the premises used by the holder of the Agent's licence for the purpose of his business.
