13. Report or Notices under the Act.
- The Veterinary Surgeon or the Inspector, as the case may be, shall submit a report of the action taken by him under the Act in respect of any animal to the Deputy Superintendent. Civil Veterinary Department, Punjab, of the district concerned and will seek instructions from him for any further action to be taken by him. The Deputy Superintendent shall report or bring to the notice of the Superintendent, Civil Veterinary Department, Punjab concerned of the action taken by him. The Divisional Superintendent, in turn, shall keep the Director, Veterinary Services, Punjab, informed of the action taken by his subordinates.
