Section 106BF(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)Any expense incurred by the Zila Panchayat or the Kshettra Panchayat by reason of the doing of any such thing as is mentioned in subsection (1) may be recovered from the offender in the manner prescribed.
